About Olivia Manthey

As someone who grew up in Niceville and moved to Walton County just a few years ago, Olivia knows what makes 30A unique. She’s lived in the area her entire life, and this “O.G. Floridian” has all the best locals-only insider knowledge. She’s a perfect fit as our Director of Marketing.

 

Olivia graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and jumped into the industry with both feet, true to her feisty, determined personality. Her background is in Global Business Marketing, with plenty of real estate experience. She’s been a part of our team for four years and counting. She keeps us on top of all the latest trends while ensuring that our clients understand how amazing it is to work with us.

 

Olivia loves nothing more than soaking up the sun at Grayton Beach, playing and teaching pickleball, or grabbing a drink at a 30A Happy Hour! For a more relaxed pace for this spunky firecracker of a marketing queen - you may find her cuddling up with her pup, Murphy — the beloved office mascot!
