Toni Peavler made a bold move to the 30A area in 2011 and quickly became an integral part of the community. After a rewarding 25-year career in education, she retired with a deep appreciation for the close-knit culture that makes 30A so special. With a strong commitment to family and community, Toni embraces an active coastal lifestyle—playing golf and pickleball, soaking up the sun on the beaches, and enjoying the vibrant local music scene. Having her children and grandchildren follow her to the area has been a true gift, making family time a top priority. Now, she’s excited to help others find their own happy place along 30A, sharing her love and knowledge of the area with those looking to call it home.
